What this Site is for

The Site is informational. It describes BevGrow's services, lets you contact us about a project, and references prior work. It does not, by itself, create a service agreement, a partnership, or an offer to sell any product.

Submissions

When you submit information about your beverage concept, brand, or project through the contact form or otherwise, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We treat the substance of what you share with discretion, but we are not bound by confidentiality obligations until and unless we sign a separate written agreement (such as a non-disclosure agreement or a development services agreement).

You retain ownership of your concepts and your brand. We do not claim rights in your concept by virtue of your inquiry.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, do not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates law or any third party's rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Site or its content for commercial purposes outside of standard browsing.
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or known to be unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, copy, images, video, code, and overall arrangement are owned by BevGrow or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or sell any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Logos, marks, and brand names belonging to clients or partners are the property of their respective owners and appear here as reference only.

No professional advice; no guarantees

The Site provides general information about beverage development. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or formulation advice for your specific situation. Beverage development outcomes vary and depend on many factors outside BevGrow's control, including market conditions, regulatory environment, and operational decisions you make. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of distribution, retail placement, partnership outcomes, or business success.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BevGrow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BevGrow and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (US$100) or the amount you have paid us, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
